Scott Casey – Security Specialist for Thornton Tomasetti brings over 23 years of law enforcement experience, with 15 years of experience and expertise in physical and operational security and business continuity. Scott served the state of Colorado as a state trooper and a task force officer for the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. Scott was a founding member of the state of Colorado’s nationally recognized fusion center and critical infrastructure protection program. He has specialized knowledge of counterterrorism operations and investigations, business continuity, physical security, emergency response, building systems, and blast mitigation.

Scott has a Business Management Degree from Colorado State University; Disaster Recovery Institute International Business Continuity Certified; Member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS international); Colorado Police Officer Standards and Training Instructor; Developed the curriculum and trained Educational Facility stakeholders in conducting risk assessments on K-12 and Higher Education Institutions.
